Yes. We're happy to sign your organization's NDA or provide our standard mutual NDA for your review. Most clients find our standard agreement covers necessary protections, but we accommodate reasonable modifications.
Our agreements broadly cover all non-public business information including customer data, processes, pricing, strategies, and any other information you identify as confidential. Specific categories can be defined during onboarding.
Beyond signed agreements, we maintain operational controls including access restrictions, monitoring, clean desk policies, prohibited personal devices, and regular training. Violations result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Upon termination, we return or securely destroy all confidential information per your instructions. Data deletion is documented and certified. Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely for trade secrets and as specified in our agreements.
Yes. We work with numerous law firms and understand privilege considerations. Agents are trained on appropriate handling, and our agreements acknowledge privilege protections. We recommend discussing specific privilege concerns during onboarding.
